Hi Kummi, Are you using the TMDSEMU200-U or a likewise 20-pin debug probe? The proper connections are shown on the MSP-TS432PZ100 schematic. For 14-pin JTAG you will need a pin conversion similar to that of the MSP-FET-432ADPTR , also provided in the MSP432 Hardware Tools User's Guide (SLAU571). RSTN/NMI should be connected to nTRST. TI 14-pin is not very commonly used on the MSP432. Attached are some Wikis for further guidance. www.ti.com.cn/.../slau571a.pdf http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/XDS_Connector_Design_Checklist http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/XDS_Target_Connection_Guide http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Debugging_JTAG_Connectivity_Problems Regards, Ryan
