Do they? I did not look at the schematic regarding this. If so, then no additional resitance is required. If you use one of the internal reference voltages of the ADC module or use an external reference voltage or compare voltage for a comparator then the supply of the MSP doesn't influence your measurement. Only when using the microcontroller's supply as reference you will of course have a dependency when trying to measure absolute voltages. Only make sure the supply is high enough for the reference which is the case when having 3.3V+ as supply.
