I exchanged another MSP432LaunchPad（black）and removed all additional devices,board,or peripherals.And then retried the test，energy trace+ was running ok with recorded data. I think your estimation that the DC-DC converter on XDS110-ET is defective make sense. thank you for your support. Regards,
