Hi Ugilesa, If you do not want to enable the encryption then you will need to make sure that the value at address offset 0xAC (within the boot override mailbox) is 0xFFFF:FFFF (see page 8 of slaa660, BOM setup). I am a little confused by the name SEC_ZONE0_SECEN as I do not recognize it. In the examples provided the naming is COMMAND_SEC_ZONE0_EN. I have attached the mailbox setups (both secure and update) from the application note examples. Although you are not encrypting the update you still need to provide the password, appended to the end of the payload. This password is defined when you secure the zone. The Boot override mailbox is not needed to update flash, you can simply do this with the flash controller. It is required to secure flash and perform secure updates. I hope this helps. Chris
