Hi Ryan, Sorry for late reply... 1. Is it happening to devices that have been in the field for multiple years or newly supplied devices that have just recently been programmed? Ans : It is happening in newly supplied devices..even it is occur in our company while testing...when it is calibrated it working fine but after some time when we want to dispatch it and at that if we check that instrument then we face same problem and if not face this problem at our site then at client end this type of issue occur. 2. Is a different MSP430F149 die revision being used than before? Ans: No this is not revised die. But same lot's controller we are using in other instrument and in that instruments we are not facing this problem. 3. Have there been any changes inside the production environment? Is the same binary source file being programmed or has a new firmware revision been released? Any updates to the programming IDEs, tools, or otherwise? Ans: Same production environment, Same program, Same IDES,tools, Design. 4. What percentage of units are showing this issue and how many total have been tested? Ans: Six to seven instrument from 15 Piece lot. Still we are facing same problem.
