After some days/weeks of always-on testing of FR5994 UART RX current leakage (~100 uA) appear when RX pin remains "floating". When pin is connected to emulator side such effect disappear. This issue didn't appear on FR6989, so, it is something hardware-specific. Settings for UART: ACLK, LPM3, 9600 baud.
