Praveen, You have setup the ADC to do multiple conversions continuously. The toggle conversion is only needed once to start the mode. I am concerned that the corruption may be related to the changing of the start conversion during the repeated auto-scan mode. Please remove the toggle api in the while loop and see if that addresses the issue. Chris
