Hey Taylor, I think there's some confusion between the MPU, whose purpose is to protect against accidental writes to designated read-only memory segments or execution of code from a constant memory segment, and JTAG security, which protects the device from unauthorized access by restricting accessibility of JTAG commands that can be transferred to the device by the JTAG and SBW interface. Any changes that the app makes to the peripheral configuration registers have been allowed to do so by the firmware. And it is not possible to move these peripheral registers to another part of device memory. Regards, Ryan
