Thanks for clearing that. No the error increases with increase in input voltage. It starts with around 8mv at 0.5V and on reaching 2V, the error increases to 20mv. These voltages are being supplied from a DC power source which gives a constant output since we are also measuring the same voltage using a multimeter.
