Instead of setting the Reference Oscillator Frequency, I set the Digitally Controlled Oscillator frequency. I do not init MCLK (even with the init of MCLK same problem). Power state was in low frequency mode but 48MHz isn't a LF. The example had a button press change the duty cycle, but I want the timer interrupt to change the duty cycle. Last, I generate two PWM instead of one on two output pins.
