Hi James, I encountered the issue after downloading the code, compiling executing and running the GUI as described. Both the Live and Fram modes were logging perfectly from GUI control. Today I used my windows PC downloaded the FR5994 examples windows .zip, unpacked and used OutOfBox flasher script to download the firmware. When I tried the SD selection the GUI my board started logging to the SDCard. I did note this updated the Debugger as well. I could successfully read back the data. Then I went back to the MAC, the here GUI also successfully enabled SDLogging with the downloaded Windows image. I re-downloaded the mac FR5994 examples , compiled and that also successfully enabled SDLogging. Then I tried the image I had built several weeks ago (the one that was failing) and that also enabled SD Logging. (I double checked the date-stamp in the .map file). I compared the content of my old and latest mac working directories, the only thing I could see was that in the newer one the MPU was enabled. My workflow in using the GUI and testing my "broken" image (in regards to SD Logging) is no different tonight than my previous attempts, but now, without fail SD logging starts (on my old image) where as before it always failed.
