Hi all, We have been following with additional tests over temperature using TI Development Kit. In our first tests, we have used a high gradient temperature cycle (2 min per degree) which is not very common in our application. We have modified the cycle to have 2ºC/h, which is much more common. Starting at +20ºC we have reached +2ºC in 9-10h aproximately and the MSP kit had about 100 ISR entries counting at the starting point due to calibration process. With this profile we have realised that ISR false triggering had been increased hugely comparing to previous tests. We have also tested with our modules and ISR entries counter are in the same scale: DUT 1: 17533 DUT2: 19866 We are going to test it again in order to validate the test and have more data to analyse .
