Hi Prasad, your setup might work, but the debug chip might not work if you power it from 1.8 V (to be sure, check its datasheet). Also, please be aware of the fact that you will not be able to use the DCO, as it requires a core voltage of at least 2V. Concerning the JTAG, afaik it runs at 3.3 V, so you might have to include a step down converter to reduce the voltage to 1.8V. Cheers, Dan
