Are you sure that only factor that is changing - it's DAC drift?Are you sure that DAC reference voltage does not drift? How do you measure? What instrument used? If reference is ok, the it could be just DAC temperature drift which is specified in the datasheet as 10ppm/C, you shall note also 30uV/C offset drift.
