Hi Steve, Could you please share your clock configuration? Are you configuring ACLK to be source by the VLO source? I suspect ACLK is not configured properly and that might be the reason the timer is not expiring. In AFE devices you need no make sure LFXT1Sx = 10 and XTS = 0 to select VLOCLK as the source.
