Hi Ryan, Thanks for the input. This actually didn't fix my problem though. I changed the following lines in my code in the ADC_Setup: ADC10CTL0 = SREF_1 + REFON + ADC10SHT_2 + ADC10ON + ADC10IE; // ADC10ON, interrupt enabled TA0CCR0 = 30; I added a delay inside the if statement for ADC10MEM and I am seeing that the ADC value is jumping around randomly and even reaches 1022 (only with when batt. powered, keep in mind). The LED blinks constantly which means its moving in and out of the loop very fast.
