[/quote] I found on web one russian, older, open, standalone software / hardware, for fuse blow, based on bunch of transistors. If I remember right it was using DB9 PC UART for charging caps for VPP. I can't find it right now, but you can search for it. Of course, you can build your own based (or not) on slau320 replicator or from FET / UIF.
