Hi David, Thanks for the help. Okay, now I remember from the days of writing a custom BSL on the MSPF5438A. So why does the command come back and say "Password is correct" if the pw is incorrect? BTW, I have several posts on the example program (slaa659) regarding Boot Override Mailbox (BOM). I've read all the docs and still trying to learn this interesting item. PLEASE, at you convenience, see if you can answer them. You answered the one about IAR not showing/viewing the 0x0020000 area during debug: __root const uint32_t FlashMailBox [148] @ 0x00200000 = ...and that works. But if I want to change any item in the BOM, I cannot since its const. Any way to change the BOM during runtime and view it in the debugger. Again, thanks for you help -Jim
